Nordvalls, one of Sweden’s biggest label printing companies, acquires Bradford based label manufacturer Watermill Press Ltd. Through the acquisition, Nordvalls establishes its first production site outside of Sweden. Acquiring Watermill Press Ltd, Nordvalls grows in turnover and number of employees, welcoming a well-managed business with extensive knowledge in the production of labels for identification to the company. Bradford based Watermill Press Ltd produces label solutions for identification, with retailers in the food industry as one of its main customer segments. Established in 1994, the Watermill Press has been managed by its three founders, one of whom – Dale Deacon – will remain as Managing Director of the company.
